Official Sweepstakes Rules: The prize of "Free Dog Food for One Year" will be awarded to only one entry, as long as all of the following conditions are met. Every entry must complete V.I.P Club Form and submit. Every entry must schedule a grooming appointment at Smelly Dog between Oct. 1 and Oct. 29, 2016. Every entry must complete that appointment by having their dog groomed and paying full price for that groom. Smelly Dog must receive at least 200 entries for the Sweepstakes before a prize can be awarded. If there are less than 200 entries at time of drawing, Smelly Dog will postpone the Sweepstakes to a future date so that at least 200 entries are reached. Re-scheduled event will be posted on Smelly Dog's website. Entries do not need to re-enter Sweepstakes. You must be a resident of Arizona and live within 20 miles of the Smelly Dog address of 5033 N. 7th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85013 to win Sweepstakes prize. You can only enter once for Sweepstakes. You must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for Sweepstakes prize. Anyone employed by Smelly Dog and their families are not eligible for the Sweepstakes prize.
